Need Advice About Vendors

I've been looking into recommending some vendors and possibly cross-promoting with them.  Thought I would ask you lovely people here about your experience with those vendors first.

This first one is LandVoice (formerly Warnock's By Owner).  Has anyone purchased any of their programs and/or attended any of their teleseminars/workshops?  If so, what did you think of what they had to offer?

The second one is Real Estate Promoter websites.  I don't know anything about these guys, I found them off of the LandVoice site.  But they promise a return of 12-18% conversion on the site (an astronomical figure by web standards).  Does anyone know if they deliver on this promise?

If you have a vendor that you really like that you think I should recommend to my people, I'd also love to hear about them.  Thanks!

In looking for vendors, please consider Real Estate Data X-Change, Inc (the RedX).  We provide Expireds and FSBO leads as well as other lead management tools.  www.theredx.com.  Or check out my Active Rain account.

I cannot vouch for Real Estate Promoters conversion claims, but I can vouch for the people that run the company and work there; it is a great team.  I believe their websites to be some of the best available in our industry.

Good luck.  I know how important it is to align your company with reputable partners.
