As a company, we do training on real estate sales skills, personal development, business development, people skills, and building a balanced life. For this position, we are seeking agents to do specifically sales skills training with a consultative sales bent. There is the potential in the future for our trainers to expand into other areas, but that will be at about a couple of years out.
