I've been hearing from people off and on who are asking me to come to them to speak, but when it comes to paying travel expenses and speaking fees, it's just out of reach.  Well, if you're in Tampa or Orlando, FL, you have a chance to get me - CHEAP!

I'm going to be in the area from Feb 10-15, 2009.  (Yes, that's just a couple weeks away.)  I'm available to speak to local brokerages and boards during the time I'm in town and I'll do it for the rate that I charge for my local brokers in Boston.  Are you interested?  Give me a call soon!  I'm sure my time will fill up quickly as I send out emails to my list, so don't wait. 2. We are attending the University of Florida Science Expo (that's our reason for being in town), so appointments must be arranged around that.
